Inflation is a theory in cosmology that explains the early universe experienceda very fast expansion short time and able to explain some cosmological problemsand presence of gravitational waves generated during inflation period. Based on theevent GW170817, it was found c2t = 1, which indicates speed gravitationalwaves nearly equal light. This contradicts several modified theories gravity,one Einstein-Gauss-Bonnet theory. paper examines compatibility ofEinstein-Gauss-Bonnet with GW170817 phenomenon, addition ofthe Non-minimal derivative coupling term constant-roll approach its characteristics.The formulation observational quantities carried out using Horndeski EffectiveField Theory ADM formalism calculations are done numerically. The constantvalues selected such way spectral index values tensor-scalar ratios closeto 2018 Planck data. results this compatible withthe influence Gauss-Bonnet parameter β most dominant.
